Salad "Royal" with morkovcha: cooked for 10 minutes
Morkovcha can be eaten not only as an appetizer, but also used to make salads. It goes well with vegetables, fish, meat, sausage and spices, sauces.
Cook Vita shared a recipe for a delicious morkovcha salad with fillet and orange on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Morkovcha
- Chicken fillet (boiled)
- Hard cheese
- Orange
- Mayonnaise
- Cranberries
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into cubes. Dice the orange as well.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Assemble the salad in layers: fillet, mayonnaise, cheese, mayonnaise, orange, morkovcha and garnish with cranberries.
