Salad "Miseria" with cucumbers and greens without mayonnaise: an elementary dish
"Miseria", or "Zelenets" - this is the simplest summer salad from cucumbers. There are several variants of preparation: with greens, radishes and even cheese. The dish is dressed mainly with sour cream or sunflower oil.
Food blogger Elena Sagun(olena_sagun) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for salad "Miseria" with cucumbers and greens, which you can easily make without mayonnaise.

Ingredients:
- cucumbers
- greens
- salt, pepper
- vinegar
- oil or sour cream
Method of preparation:
Variant 1
1. Slice the fresh cucumbers at random.

1. Cut fresh cucumbers arbitrarily.
