Ingredients

• Crab sticks
• Eggs - 2 pcs
• Processed cheese - 2 pcs
• Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
• Pollock caviar or cod - 2 tbsp
• Yolks - 2 pcs

Method of preparation

1. Boil the eggs and grate them together with the cheeses.

2. Add mayonnaise and caviar and mix well.

3. Roll up the crab sticks.

4. Put the filling inside and roll the stick into a roll.

5. Dip the edges of the roll in mayonnaise and then in finely grated cheese.
