Quick thin vegetable pancakes
Seasonal vegetables are a great base for making thin and hearty pancakes. The dough is cooked with milk, so it turns out elastic and tender. It is very tasty to serve with sour cream.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc
- potatoes - 1 pc
- 300 ml of milk
- flour - 170 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. Pour milk in.
4. Grate zucchini.
5. Add to the egg mixture.
6. Add the grated potatoes.
7. Chop the greens.
8. Add to the mixture and mix well.
9. Sift the flour.
10. Mix well again.
11. Fry on a heated pan on both sides.
