Breakfast should be tasty, hearty and quick to prepare. Pita bread will help you to cope with this task. It will make a great base for an omelet.

Ingredients:
- round pita bread
- 2 eggs
- Philadelphia cream cheese
- avocado
- tuna
- cherry
- greens
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with spices.
2. Pour into a hot frying pan with melted butter.
3. Put pita bread on top and press it down.
4. When the eggs are ready, turn the pita bread down.
5. Put cream cheese mixed with avocado, tuna, cherry tomatoes, herbs and grated cheese on one half.
6. Wrap with the other half, press down and fry on both sides to melt the cheese.
