Quick homemade cookies without sugar and butter: for children and those on a diet
This recipe for homemade cookies is very convenient because it can be eaten by both children and those who follow a diet and proper nutrition. That's because the pastries do not contain sugar or butter. The cookies are made from three main ingredients: almond flour, eggs, and prunes. Although, of course, you can add other dried fruits or berries to taste.
Food blogger Olha Romanchuk (olya_romanchyk_) shared a recipe for quick homemade cookies on her Instagram page that doesn't require sugar or butter.
Ingredients:
- almond flour – 100 g
- prunes – 100 g
- eggs – 1 pc
- baking powder – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. You can use ready-made almond flour, or you can whip whole almonds with a blender.
2. Pre-soak the prunes in water, then dry them well with a paper towel.
3. Beat all the necessary ingredients in a blender bowl until smooth.
4. Form balls from the resulting mass, and flatten a little. Put on a baking sheet.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
