Quick chocolate cake in a pan: the recipe for the easiest dessert

Homemade cakes can be made in a lazy version from pita bread, cookies, as well as from ready-made filo and puff pastry, and pancakes. Berries and any kind of cream can be used for the filling.

Cook Olga shared a recipe for a delicious chocolate cake in a pan with sour cream on Instagram.

Ingredients:

Cakes:

• flour - 250 ml
• cocoa - 1 tbsp
• sugar - 100 g
• baking powder - 10 g
• eggs - 2 pcs.
• vegetable oil - 80 ml

For the cream:

• sour cream - 300 ml
• powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all dry ingredients: cocoa, flour, sugar and baking powder. Add eggs, oil and milk, mix well.

2. Fry the cakes in a frying pan.

3. Cream: mix sour cream with powdered sugar.

4. Assemble the cake: spread the cream over the cakes and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Sprinkle the cake with cocoa before serving!
