Quick casserole "Miracle" of potatoes and minced meat: takes 30 minutes

Casseroles can be made with vegetables, cheese, meat and fish. And if you want a heartier dish, add necessarily meat, mushrooms, you can potatoes, cabbage.

Cabbage Casserole

Cook Tatiana shared on Instagram a recipe for a quick and very hearty casserole "Miracle," the basis of which is minced meat and potatoes.

Casserole recipe

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 3-5 units
  • sour cream - 200 g
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • spices - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Mix the stuffing with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of the baking dish.

2. Finely chop the onions and place them on top of the minced meat.

3. Grate potatoes on a coarse grater, salt and place on top.

4. Mix sour cream with spices and mustard and spread on potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

5. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 190 C.

How long to cook the casserole

Serve with fresh vegetables!
