Apple pie is a favorite homemade pastry. It is made from different doughs like puff or shortcrust pasty and by convenient cooking method like in the oven, multicooker or frying pan.
One of the culinary blogs (reeixit) on Instagram published a recipe for a quick apple pie made from ready-made puff pastry, which will take you a maximum of 20 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry - 1 kg
- apples - 1 kg
- sugar
- powdered sugar
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost ready-made dough, roll it out to the desired size, put it in a mold and form the sides.
2. Cut apples into thin slices. Put on top of the dough.
3. Sprinkle the apples lightly with sugar. Add cinnamon or cardamom if desired.
4. Bake at 220-230 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
