Puffy banana pancakes in 10 minutes: sharing secrets of successful batter
Homemade pancakes can be a great alternative to pies. Moreover, they can be made not only from flour but also from bananas, semolina, zucchini, crab sticks, and cabbage.
Cook Yulia shared a recipe for delicious banana pancakes, which are prepared very quickly, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 3-4 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- kefir - 230 ml
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 8-10 g
- vegetable oil - 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat two eggs into a bowl, add salt and sugar, and whisk. Then add kefir, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well with a whisk. Finally, add vegetable oil and mix again.
2. Slice bananas. Dip each piece into the batter and fry over medium heat.
Put them on a plate and garnish with berries!
