Potato salad with mayonnaise: a very hearty recipe
Potato salad is a delicious and satisfying everyday dish based on budget and affordable ingredients. The main ingredient - potatoes - goes very well with pickled cucumbers and eggs. And the mayonnaise adds spice.

Ingredients:
- lettuce leaves
- potatoes
- eggs
- pickled cucumbers
For the sauce:
- mayonnaise
- Dijon mustard
- lemon juice
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the potatoes. When ready, cut into medium cubes.
2. Boil the eggs and cut them into medium cubes when ready.
3. Dice the cucumbers.

4. To prepare the sauce, mix mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.
5. Mix the potatoes with the sauce.

6. Put lettuce leaves on a plate, potatoes on top, then cucumbers and eggs. Pour the rest of the sauce over.
