Ingredients:
- eggs – 1 pc.
- oatmeal – 40 g
- milk – 60 ml
- cheese – 30 g
- ham – 50 g
- ketchup – 20 g
- salt – a pinch
- Italian herbs – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Whisk the flakes in a coffee grinder or in a blender.
