Ingredients:
- Pasta - 200 g
- Minced chicken - 250 g
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 4 cloves.
- Yolk - 1 pc.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- Salt/pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion and garlic, add to the minced meat, add the egg yolk and salt and pepper, mix.

2. Use your hands to form small meatballs, fry in a frying pan heated with oil for 8 minutes on one side until golden brown and 5 minutes on the other.

4. Fry the onion and garlic separately, add the tomato paste, 3 tbsp of the broth in which the pasta was cooked and simmer for 2 minutes under the lid.
