Pasta with meat and mushrooms: a recipe for a hearty meal for the whole family in minutes

Pasta is the simplest product that can be used to prepare delicious and completely different dishes. A special place among them is occupied by casseroles, soups, pies, and cold salads.

The cook shared a recipe for a very satisfying pasta salad with meat, mushrooms, and spices on Instagram

Ingredients:

  • Pasta – 200 g
  • Veal – 300 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Mushrooms – 200 g
  • Ground paprika – 1 tsp.
  • Thyme (thyme) – 1 tsp.

Additionally:

  • Flour – 1 tbsp.
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • Butter – 1 tbsp.
  • White wine – 2 tbsp.
  • Beef bone broth – 300-400 ml

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into 1 cm slices, and fry in vegetable oil until fully cooked. Do not stew the meat, but fry it.

2. Add butter to the same frying pan and fry the onion with mushrooms and other spices.

3. Deglaze with white dry wine and cover with broth, cook until thick.

4. Mix the boiled pasta, fried meat and gravy.
