Pasta can be cooked in different ways: with sauces, stuffing, cheese, vegetables. They can also be used to make casseroles, pies.
Cook Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pasta and minced meat casserole, which will turn out very hearty.
Ingredients:
- Durum wheat pasta - 250 g
- minced meat - 250 g
- spices - to taste
- cheese - 80-100 g
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc
- milk - 250 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the pasta into a bowl.
2. Mix the stuffing with the spices.
3. Place the stuffing on top of the pasta, then place the tomatoes or peppers on top.
4. Whisk the milk with the egg. Pour the prepared sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
