Chinese cabbage salad is a very light and delicious dish. It is worth noting that cabbage goes very well with all vegetables, fish, meat, as well as legumes. For the dish to be light, do not add mayonnaise, replace it with sour cream.

Culinarian Daria shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious Beijing cabbage salad with tuna, peas and an unusual sauce.

Salad recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chinese cabbage
  • tuna
  • tinned peas
  • boiled eggs
  • green onions
  • pepper, salt - to taste

For sauce:

  • sour cream + mustard in grains

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the Chinese cabbage and put it in a bowl.

2. Dice the eggs as well. Finely chop the onion.

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt, pepper and dress with sour cream and mustard sauce.
