Ingredients:
- shortbread cookies - 180 g
- milk - 50-60 ml
- gelatin - 15 g
- water - 90 ml
- sour cream - 350 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- sugar - 30 g
- fruit jelly - 90 g
- 100 g of canned pineapple (strawberry, banana, kiwi, orange)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour cold water over gelatin and leave for 10-15 minutes.

2. Crush cookies into crumbs, add milk and mix. Transfer to a mold and even out.

3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and melted gelatin to the sour cream (melt in the microwave, make sure not to overheat).

4. Cut the previously frozen fruit jelly into cubes and add to the sour cream mixture, then add the sliced pineapples. Stir and pour into the mold. Refrigerate until firm.
Preparation
Take the finished cake out of the refrigerator, remove it from the mold, and cut it!
