Cook Iryna shared a recipe for a delicious cottage cheese dessert with canned pineapple on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 600 g of cottage cheese 9%
- 1 tin of canned pineapple (580 ml)
- 25 g of gelatin
- 80 ml of water
- 50-70 g of sugar/powdered sugar (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Pour gelatin into cold water and let it swell.
2. Add canned pineapple syrup and sugar or powdered sugar to the cottage cheese. Beat until smooth, then add the gelatin melted in the microwave and mix.
3. Cut pineapples into slices and add to the curd mass. Mix thoroughly.
4. Put the cottage cheese and pineapple mixture into a silicone baking dish, smooth it out, cover with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to set.
