The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for very tasty and satisfying meat with hard cheese, mushrooms, and cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Meat – 700 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Mushrooms – 150 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Salt and spices – to taste
  • Butter – 10 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat, beat off, salt, and pepper. Put the meat in a baking dish greased with butter.

2. Fry the mushrooms with the onion until golden brown.

3. Put the fried mushrooms and chopped tomato on the meat, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

4. Bake the meat in the oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.
