Traditional Lviv cheesecake is a rather high-calorie pastry with a lot of flour and baking powder. But if you prefer a more dietary pastry, you can simply replace some of the ingredients. The taste and appearance will pleasantly surprise you.

The idea of making Lviv cheesecake without flour, leavening agent and semolina was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olena Karpiuk. After baking, the dessert becomes very fluffy.

Ingredients:

  • 700 g cottage cheese 9%.
  • 100 g of sugar (6 tbsp)
  • a sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 60-70 g of sour cream from 20% (4 tbsp)
  • 3 eggs
  • 25 g of cornstarch (3 tsp with a slide)
  • 100 g of butter
  • dried fruits to taste - 50-100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat with an immersion blender.

2. Add eggs and starch and beat again with a blender.

3. Add melted butter and stir.

4. You can add dried fruit to taste.

5. Pour it into the mold.

6. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
