Like potato pancake: a recipe for delicious pumpkin pancakes for a snack
You can make pancakes not only from potatoes but also from pumpkin. These are essentially the same pancakes that can be made salty and sweet, supplemented with other vegetables and herbs.
Food blogger Alyona Sunichuk (alenakovalchuk___blog) shared a recipe for pumpkin and sweet potato pancakes that look like potato pancakes on her Instagram page.
Pumpkin and sweet potato pancakes recipe
Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 2 medium pieces
- sweet potato - 1\3 pcs
- starch - 1 tbsp
- eggs - 1 pc
- cinnamon and nutmeg
- flour
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and sweet potato, cut into smaller pieces, put on a plate and microwave for 7 minutes.

2. Then beat the vegetables with the egg in a blender.
3. Add a little starch, spices and flour to the resulting mass. Mix until smooth, the dough should be like classic pancakes.
