Light salad "Evening" with vegetables and chicken: definitely is not harmful to the figure
In the evening, you should not eat very fatty and heavy foods to feel good. Therefore, it is best to choose light salads. Combine fresh vegetables and boiled meat.
The idea of preparing a light salad "Evening" was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx_fit). You will cope with this dish quite quickly.
Ingredients:
- cucumber – 200 g
- boiled chicken fillet – 200 g
- boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
- corn – 120 g
- pickled onions – 50-80 g
- salt, pepper
- sour cream and mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. each.
Ingredients for the onion marinade:
- vinegar – 2 tbsp.
- salt and sugar – 0.5 tsp each
- hot water
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion.
2. Add sugar, salt, and vinegar (apple or wine vinegar is better).
3. Pour boiling water over it.
4. Let stand for at least 15 minutes, but the longer the better.
5. Put the diced boiled eggs, boiled fillet, cucumbers, corn, and pickled onions on a plate.
6. Season with sour cream and mayonnaise.
7. Add salt and pepper.
8. Mix well.
