Spring is the perfect time to make delicious and healthy vegetable salads with herbs, boiled eggs, and sour cream. If you want the dish to be hearty, add fillets, seafood, and cheese.

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious and light spring salad made with green onions, eggs, and cucumber.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 0.5 cans of peas
  • dill, parsley
  • green onions
  • salt, pepper
  • 1.5-2 tbsp. of mayonnaise/sour cream

Method of preparation:

1. Cut boiled eggs into cubes, cucumbers into strips, and finely chop dill, parsley, and green onions.

2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add the canned peas, salt, and pepper.

3. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream and mix well.
