Light Asian salad: what to make a spicy salad with
If you want to make a tasty and light salad, seasonal vegetables are ideal for this, and for a heartier version, add seafood, meat, liver.

Ingredients:
- Honey - 2 tbsp. l
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves.
- Vegetable oil and butter
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Lemon - 0.5 pcs.
- Lettuce leaves or young cabbage - 400 g
- Red pepper - 1 pc.
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2-3 stalks
- Carrots - 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut and marinate the fillet in a mixture of honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and oil. Fry and chop.
2. Finely chop the vegetables.
3. Mix mustard and honey.
4. Put the vegetables on the dish, top with the meat and pour the sauce.
