Lazy lasagna with chicken: made from pita bread
When you need to come up with a delicious and light snack very quickly, pita bread comes to the rescue. It can be used to make a hearty lasagna. It's much easier than traditional technology, because you don't need to use special dough and then follow a long baking process.

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- onion
- egg
- cheese
- pita bread
- sour cream or yogurt
- tomato paste
Method of preparation:
1. Make a fry: chop the chicken fillet into minced meat, chop the onion - fry everything in a frying pan, add water if necessary.
2. After the minced meat is fried, add the tomato paste.
