Lazy dumplings are one of the simplest and most delicious cottage cheese dishes that are easy to prepare. Moreover, they can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, and even dinner, and children are especially fond of them.
Food blogger Kateryna Mull shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade lazy dumplings that you can make in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 350 g
- eggs – 1 pc.
- flour – 5-6 tbsp
- vanilla sugar – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Put cottage cheese, egg, and vanilla sugar in a blender and beat until smooth.
2. Then add the flour and make a sausage with your hands and cut it.
3. Bring the water to a boil, add the dumplings, and cook until they float.
Serve dumplings with berries or butter, and jam.
