Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- eggs – 1 pc.

- flour – 20 g
- sugar – 1 tbsp.
- semolina – 2 tbsp.
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

3. Put a pot of water on the stove and add sugar to it, bring to a boil.

4. Form the curd into balls and roll them in semolina.
5. Put them in boiling water, as soon as they float, cook for another minute and then transfer them to a plate.
