Khachapuri in-мegrelian in 15 minutes: the easiest recipe for a delicious dish

Khachapuri is an ideal alternative to pies and pastries. In order for the dish to be successful and tasty, you must be sure to adhere to the proportions when cooking.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious khachapuri in-мegrelian, which are cooked in just 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g
- dry yeast - 5 g
- salt - 5 g
- sugar - 5 g
- oil - 10 ml (5 ml. in the dough, the rest to grease the mold)
- warm water - 140 ml
- suluguni cheese (or mozzarella) - 250 g
- egg yolk - 1 pc.
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Add yeast, sugar and salt in warm water, stir with a whisk, add sifted flour and knead the dough, adding oil in the process. The dough will be a little sticky, but do not add flour. You can grease your hands with vegetable oil, then the dough will be better.
2. Place the dough in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
3. Transfer the dough to parchment, form a circle with your hands, place half of the grated cheese, pinch like a pie. Once again press lightly with your hands, smear the top with mixed yolk and sour cream, put the rest of the cheese and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.
