Juicy chops with pineapple: recipe for a new dish
Chops can be cooked from any meat, as well as from liver and even mushrooms. In order for them to be soft, choose for this better chicken fillet and add pineapples and bake in the oven, so they will be very juicy.
- chicken fillet - 1 piece.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- salt, pepper - to taste
- egg and flour
sour cream, yogurt - 2 tbsp. + mustard in grains - 1 tsp.
- canned pineapple
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the fillets, chop, season with spices and garlic. Allow to marinate for 1 hour.
2. Then roll in flour and egg and fry until cooked.
3. Place chops on parchment, brush with sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped pineapple and cheese.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 190 C.
