Culinarian Ivanna shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious "Invisible" apple pie, which is very quick to prepare and would be the perfect dessert for tea.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- sugar - 50 g
- sour cream - 1 tbsp.
- milk - 150 ml
- leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- apples - 700 g
- rice or wheat flour - 130-140 g
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, pour milk, add flour and baking powder and mix well.

2. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices, add the apples to the pastry.

3. Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina and pour the batter.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 175 C.
