Ingredients:
- banana - 1 pc.
- avocado - 1/2 pc
- eggs - 1 pc
- flour - 3 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mash banana and avocado with a fork.
2. Add egg.
3. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add flour.
5. Stir again and fry in a drop of oil on both sides over medium heat under the lid. For convenience, you can fry on parchment.
