How to make pizza in a pan: without dough, yeast and pita bread
Traditionally, pizza is made from yeast dough, but its base can also be made from vegetables or pita bread. The toppings can be different: ham, cheese, mushrooms, or sausage. In this version, you just need to fry the pizza in a pan and it will take about 20 minutes.
One of the culinary blogs (jemmsoul) published the simplest recipe for a pan pizza on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 4 tbsp
- mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 250-300 g
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- onion
- ham
- hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling, chop the onion and ham, and grate the cheese.
2. For the dough, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, baking powder, eggs, vegetable oil, and add sifted flour. Mix well. The dough should be a little thicker than for pancakes.
3. Pour the dough into the pan.
4. Immediately put the filling, except for the cheese, reduce the heat, and fry for 15 minutes under the lid.
