How to make healthy homemade sugar-free candies: you only need 4 ingredients
Delicious chocolate sweets can even be healthy. To do this, they need to be made at home from natural ingredients. Alternatively, make basic candies from dried fruits and nuts. You only need 4 ingredients for the dessert.
The idea of making healthy sweets from dried fruits and nuts was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ksenia Komashchuk (komashchuk_ksu). The recipe contains no sugar at all, and only natural chocolate is used.
Ingredients:
- 150 grams of dried apricots
- 150 grams of prunes
- 150 grams of nuts (cashews, almonds, peanuts)
- 20 grams of 99% or 100% chocolate
Method of preparation:
1. Blend dried fruits and nuts in a blender.
2. Form round candies from the resulting mass.
3. Melt the chocolate.
4. Pour it on top of the candy.
5. Put the walnut on top.
