How to make diet and dry chicken fillet juicy: sharing the easiest technology

- butter - 20 g
- meat broth - 100 ml

Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into 2-3 pieces.
2. Sprinkle with salt, smoked paprika, Italian herbs.
3. Dip in flour and fry over high heat in vegetable oil (quickly until golden on all sides).
4. Transfer to a plate.
5. Turn the heat down to low.
6. In the same skillet, add butter, cream cheese, broth, cream, grated melted cheese or Parmesan, squeezed garlic, salt and mix well with a spatula.
7. Cut the roasted fillets into slices about 1 cm thick.
8. Place the fillets in the sauce and braise over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
