How to fry chanterelles in a pan deliciously

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the chanterelles in advance (about 5-7 minutes).

2. Then fry the boiled chanterelles in butter for 5 minutes.

3. Next, add sour cream or cream. Add salt and cook for 15 minutes under the lid.
