Ingredients:
- milk - 3 liters
- vinegar 9% - 10 tbsp
- salt - 2 tbsp
- water and ice
Method of preparation:
1. Heat milk until it is warm.
2. Turn off the heat and add vinegar a tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly.
3. Curd and whey should separate.
4. Add salt and turn off the heat.
5. To make the mozzarella elastic, it must be constantly dipped in whey and removed by stretching.
6. After the mozzarella has become elastic, make balls and put them in a container with water and ice. Put in the refrigerator for an hour and then you can eat.
