Ingredients:
- spaghetti or any pasta
- onion - 1 pc
- sweet pepper -1 pc
- tomatoes - 3 pcs
- cheese of several kinds
- salt, spices (basil, oregano, coriander)

Method of preparation:
1. Cook spaghetti over low heat.
2. Fry finely chopped onion together with sweet bell pepper.

3. Peel tomatoes, chop them finely, add to the onion and cook under the lid until all the moisture has evaporated.

4. Add a little pasta water, cheeses (Parmesan, mozzarella, processed cheese, and cream cheese). Mix everything.
