How to cook healthy fish without frying for dinner: the best technology
Fish is a very valuable and necessary product that should be in everyone's diet. It can be cooked in different ways: fried, salted, or baked.
Cook Kateryna shared a recipe for delicious fish cooked in a parchment-lined pan on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- white fish fillet
- breadcrumbs
- sesame seeds
- egg
- flour (ideally rice)
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and dry the fillet well. Cut into portions.
2. Mix breadcrumbs with sesame seeds.
3. Dip each fillet well in flour, then in the egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
4. Pour the oil into the pan, put the parchment on top, put the fish and fry as usual.
