How to cook delicious oatmeal in 5 minutes: a very satisfying recipe
Oatmeal is an ideal option for a quick, affordable and tasty breakfast. And the best part is that it can be cooked in different ways: with milk or water, in a slow cooker, microwave, or oven. And you can add yogurt, your favorite fruits, or berries.
One of the culinary blogs (polli_cooking) on Instagram published a recipe for baked oatmeal in the microwave, which you can cook in just 5 minutes.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 50 g
- milk - 50 ml
- banana - 1\2 pcs
- eggs - 1 pc
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- sugar\substitute
- chocolate
- chocolate \ nuts (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the necessary ingredients (except nuts and chocolate) in a blender bowl and grind until smooth.
2. Put the resulting mass into molds. Decorate with chocolate and nuts on top.
3. Bake in the microwave for 4-5 minutes until the crust is set.
4. Serve the cooked oatmeal with yogurt.
