How to cook bulgur deliciously without cooking: a very easy recipe
Bulgur is not only tasty but also very healthy. It can be cooked with fresh and frozen vegetables, meat, chicken, mushrooms, or simply with butter and spices.
One of the blogs about sports and nutrition (marafon18_6) published a recipe for bulgur with vegetables and mushrooms on Instagram, which you can easily cook in one pan.
Ingredients:
- bulgur – 230 g
- mushrooms – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc
- carrot – 1 pc
- bell pepper – 1 pc
- garlic – 2 cloves
- tomato paste – 1 tbsp
- water – 500 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the onion, carrot and bell pepper. Fry the onions and carrots until soft, then add the pepper and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
2. Chop the garlic and mushrooms. Add to the vegetables and cook until the mushrooms are soft.
3. Add water, tomato paste and bulgur. Season with salt and pepper. Cook under the lid until the full water evaporation.
