Method of preparation:
1. Boil clean potatoes with the skin on.
2. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and use a glass to smash each one.
3. Add spices and grated garlic and cook in the oven. Afterwards, take the potatoes out of the oven and put a piece of butter and fresh herbs on each potato.
