Ingredients:
- mackerel
- lemon
- spices for fish
- sour cream
Method of preparation:
1. Clean the fish from the insides and cut into portions.
2. Put the fish on foil, brush with sour cream, and sprinkle with spices.
3. Wrap the foil and insert lemon slices between the fish pieces.
4. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes at 190 C.
