Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 8 pcs.
- chicken thighs - 6 pcs.
- hard cheese - 200 g
- cream - 150 g
Method of preparation:
1. Thinly slice the potatoes, onions and carrots.
2. Mix the ingredients with salt and spices. Put into a baking sheet greased with oil.
3. Top with mushrooms and meat. Pre-marinate the meat in spices.
4. Pour the cream.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the potatoes with grated cheese and bake for another 15 minutes.
