How to bake apples deliciously with honey to make them healthy: a recipe from Svitlana Fus
Apples are very tasty and healthy fruits that contain a lot of vitamins, especially zinc. Experts recommend eating them raw, as they are most beneficial. They are also a great filling for pies, dumplings, and strudels. Apples are often used to make jam and compotes.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for delicious baked apples with nuts and cinnamon on her Facebook page.
Ingredients:
- Apples – 5-6 pcs.
- Nuts – 100 g
- Honey – 100 g
- Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and be sure to remove the core.
2. Chop the nuts and stuff them into the apples.
3. Spoon honey on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Put the apples in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C.
