Homemade sugar-free candies in 10 minutes: no baking required
Homemade sugar-free candies are a safe substitute for store-bought sweets. That's because they are based on dried fruits and nuts, and sometimes you can add oatmeal and dark chocolate. Their biggest advantage is that they don't need to be baked and you spend a minimum of time cooking them.
Food blogger Viktoriia Podolchak (imapersimmon) shared a recipe for healthy homemade sweets with oatmeal, dried fruit, chocolate, and nuts on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal – 65 g
- nuts – 75 g
- chocolate – 40 g
- raisins – 45 g
- Maple syrup – 85 ml
- dried cranberries – 30 g
- peanut butter – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth (but not completely chopped).
2. Form small balls from the resulting mass.
3. If desired, the balls can be rolled in sesame seeds or eaten in such form.
