Homemade sugar-free 3-ingredient halva candies
Homemade sweets are healthy sweets that can be eaten even by children because you will make them yourself and therefore you will be 100% sure of their safety. You can make them from any seeds, nuts, raisins, dried fruits, berries, coconut, cocoa, or other ingredients.
- seeds - 100-150 g;
- condensed milk - 2-3 tbsp;
- cocoa - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Fry seeds in a dry frying pan. Transfer to a blender and blend.
2. Add condensed milk and mix.
3. Add cocoa and mix again.
4. Form candies, roll them in cocoa and eat!
