Homemade healthy sesame cookies in 10 minutes that even kids can eat as a snack
The best dessert for tea is homemade cookies, which can be made from nuts and sesame seeds, as well as various flours and dried fruits.
Cook Tetiana shared on Instagram a recipe for healthy sesame cookies that take only 7-10 minutes to cook in the oven.
Ingredients:
- butter - 115 g
- sugar - 100 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- flour - 70 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- sesame seeds - 135 g
- a pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Put the butter at room temperature in a bowl, add sugar and mix. Add the egg, lemon juice and salt and mix again.
2. Next, add the sifted flour, baking powder and sesame seeds and mix again. Transfer to a pastry bag. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment at a large distance from each other.
3. Cook in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 C.
