Homemade deruny with an unusual filling: a hearty dish for dinner

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 5 pcs.
- 1 pc. onion
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp of flour
- semi-smoked sausage
- salt and pepper
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the vegetables into slices and put them in a blender bowl. Beat until smooth.

2. Put the potato and onion mixture in a bowl, add the egg, flour, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Cut semi-smoked sausage into slices, put some of the dough in a frying pan heated with oil, then the sausage and the dough again.
