Ingredients:
- 200 g of ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 120 ml of warm water
- 30 g of coconut sugar
- 250 g of gluten-free mix (or flour)
- 5 g of baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- 5 g of cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Add the lemon juice to the bananas and grind with a blender until mashed.
2. Add warm water and mix.
3. Add the Jerusalem artichoke syrup and stir again.
4. Sift in the gluten-free mixture, baking soda, salt and knead the dough.
5. Sift cocoa into the dough.
6. Put the dough into a pastry bag and fill the molds almost to the top.
7. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 25-30 minutes. It is best to choose teddy bear-shaped molds.
