• egg yolks
• clove of garlic
• mayonnaise

Method of preparation:

1. Boil carrots and eggs.

2. Grate carrots on a fine grater.

3. Grate processed cheese.

4. Grate yolks and garlic.

5. Season everything with mayonnaise.

6. Garnish with caviar on top.
